Paul Ward is a managing partner at Clarety Global Investments, LLC, a New York-based global company organizing investment banking activities in financial services, biopharm, green energy, intellectual property, and other sectors. He also is a globally active management consultant and executive trainer, focusing primarily on the interdisciplinary management practice of customer experience management (CEM). His expertise is in business model design, positioning, customer strategy development, and CRM, as well as financial and customer analytics, all within a global context.

Paul is a contributing author to CRM at the Speed of Light (3rd Edition), and It’s All about Customer Experience, as well as a regular writer for CRM Today and GCEM's customer management portal in China. He also is a trainer and educator in branding and customer management, teaching regularly in Shanghai, Singapore, London, Dubai and around Europe, North and South America, and in business school programs at leading universities in the United States.
